I was fortunate enough to encounter this eloquent invitation to a soiree while walking through campus recently. I only wonder what they were thinking, and if they will ever realize how hilarious their message was.

"An Illustrated History of the Jelly Bean" is a book idea of mine. Can you imagine it? Page after page of jelly bean illustrations... "jelly belly, circa 1936", all the illustrations would pretty much be the same with only minute alterations in the form and scale of the beans.
